  2. Call us directly at (469) 903-4669
  3. Visit our shop during business hours for a complimentary inspection. We’ll evaluate your vehicle, discuss options, and provide a written quote.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?

Yes. For covered claims (e.g. hail, collision), we assist you through the insurance process: submitting estimates, working with adjusters, and ensuring quality repairs. In many hail cases, if your policy allows, repairs may be done with little to no out-of-pocket cost (depending on deductible).

What warranties do you offer?

We back our work with a warranty tailored to the service:

  • For PDR / hail repairs: typically limited lifetime or guarantee that dents will not recur
  • For PPF: manufacturer-backed warranties (often 7–10 years, covering yellowing, peeling, cracking)
  • For ceramic coatings: warranties range based on coating level (2, 5, or 10 years)
  • For body / collision work: standard industry warranties on workmanship and materials (paint adhesion, corrosion, etc.)
What is the timeframe for completing repairs?

It depends on the scope and service type and if the insurance is involved, after their approval process which usually takes 3-7 days. Here are some guidelines:

Service Typical Duration

Hail / PDR (minor to moderate)

Several hours to 1–2 days

PPF

3 to 7 days (depending on coverage and complexity)

Ceramic coating

1 to 2 days or more, depending on paint prep

Auto body / collision

Several days to weeks (depending on damage extent, parts, paint curing)

Window tint

A few hours to half-day

We’ll always give you a projected timeline when providing your estimate.

Can I leave my vehicle overnight or will you provide a loaner?

Yes — vehicles often stay in our shop overnight during multi-day services. We may provide courtesy transportation options (e.g. loaner car or shuttle), depending on availability, service and insurance coverage.

What should I do (or avoid) while waiting for the repair / treatment?
  • Avoid washing or waxing the vehicle if a coating, PPF, or paint repair is planned
  • Keep the vehicle in a covered area (shade, garage) if possible
  • Avoid driving over debris or gravel where possible
  • Let us know of any preexisting damage, previous repairs, or aftermarket modifications
How do I care for my vehicle after a service?

Each service has some specific aftercare (detailed below), but general best practices include:

  • Use pH-neutral car wash soap
  • Avoid automated brush car washes (they can scratch coatings or film)
  • Use clean microfiber towels
  • Schedule regular inspections or maintenance (e.g. reapplication sprays, detailings)
  • Report any issues early — under warranty, we’ll address them
Does a PPF, ceramic coating, or tint interfere with one another?

They can work in conjunction if done properly, as long as the right order of installation and prep is followed: e.g. film first, then ceramic coating over it (for added gloss and hydrophobic properties) We’ll plan accordingly so your protections complement rather than conflict.

Hail Damage & Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)

What is paintless dent repair (PDR)?

PDR is a method to remove minor dents (like hail damage, door dings) without needing to repaint. Technicians use specialized tools to massage the sheet metal back into shape from behind the panel. Because the original paint remains intact, the repair is faster, more affordable, and preserves factory finish.

What kinds of hail damage are eligible for PDR?

PDR works best on dents where the paint is not cracked, broken, or severely stretched. Small to moderate rounded dents are ideal. If the damage is too deep, creased, or the metal is warped, traditional body repair may be necessary.

Will my insurance cover hail repair via PDR?

Often yes. Hail is typically considered a comprehensive (non-collision) claim. We help you submit the estimate, and many customers can get PDR repairs with minimal out-of-pocket cost (outside of deductible). In some states or under certain policies, insurance companies may waive part or all of your deductible for PDR (if cost effective).

Can the same spot be hit again and show damage?

Yes — if your vehicle is exposed to repeated hail storms or multiple impacts over time, fresh dents may overlay repaired areas. That’s why repairing early is better to prevent stacking damage. Also, delays may complicate insurance claims or repair scope.

How long does PDR take?

Depends on the number of dents, their locations, and severity. A minor hail job might be finished in several hours; a heavier hail event could take a full day or more.

Is PDR safe for all types of paint and panels?

Yes — when done properly on modern factory paints, PDR does not damage the paint. However, older or repainted panels may have weaker adhesion or may hide prior damage beneath the surface.

What if the dent is too big for PDR?

If the damage is too severe (e.g. paint cracking, stretched metal, deep creases), we’ll recommend a conventional body repair or combination — panel removal, filler, repainting, etc. You’ll always know the options before we start.

Do you guarantee the repair won’t reappear?

Yes. Our PDR warranty ensures that, under normal usage and conditions, the repaired panels will not revert to dented form. If something shifts or a failure occurs, we’ll re-address it under our guarantee.

Paint Protection Film (PPF)

What is PPF (Paint Protection Film)?

PPF is a transparent, durable, urethane-based film applied to your vehicle’s painted surfaces. It provides a sacrificial layer to absorb rock chips, scratches, insect impact, stone debris, and other environmental damage.

Where is PPF typically applied (full or partial)?

Common coverage areas include: hood, front bumper, fenders, mirrors, rocker panels, and lower door edges. Some customers opt for full-body coverage, especially for high-end or high-mileage vehicles.

Should I cover the entire vehicle or just high-impact areas?

Partial coverage (front-end, leading edges) is cost-effective and protects the most vulnerable zones. Full coverage offers maximum protection and uniform aesthetics, but at higher cost. It depends on your budget, driving environment, and vehicle usage.

How long does PPF last?

High-quality PPF films typically last from 7 up to 10+ years when properly maintained and under warranty coverage.

What does the warranty cover (and not cover)?

Warranties often cover film defects: yellowing, peeling, cracking, delamination, or loss of adhesion — not wear and tear (e.g. abrasions, scratches from misuse).

Does PPF self-heal?

Many modern PPF films have “self-healing” properties: minor scratches can disappear under heat (sunlight, warm water) as the film rebounds. But deep cuts or gouges will not heal completely.

Can I apply PPF over an imperfect paint surface?

It’s strongly recommended to apply PPF over a defect-free, properly corrected paint surface. If you apply film over paint defects or touch-up areas, imperfections might show through or create air pockets.

Can I combine PPF with ceramic coating?

Yes. Many customers choose to put ceramic coating over PPF to improve hydrophobic properties, gloss, and ease of cleaning. We’ll ensure proper preparation and compatibility so one doesn’t compromise the other.

How do I maintain PPF?
  • Wash with pH-neutral soap
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
  • Avoid automated brush washes
  • Use quality microfiber towels
  • Periodic inspection for residue, lifting edges
  • If needed, we can recondition or repair film under warranty
What is the cost of PPF?

Costs vary by vehicle size, level of coverage, film brand, complexity, and labor. Partial coverage on a mid-size car might run in the low thousands; full-body premium film can reach several thousands.

Auto Body Repair & Refinishing

When do I need full auto body / collision repair instead of PDR?

If there is structural damage, cracking paint, stretched or creased metal, broken components, or damage to internal parts (frame, supports), then full body repair is required. PDR is ideal for minor, surface-level deformations only.

What does collision repair involve?

Typical steps include: assessment & disassembly, frame / structural alignment, metal shaping, filler / bodywork, priming, painting, clear coat, reassembly, and final inspection.

How does the paint match work?

We use high-end color-matching systems (spectrophotometers) and blending techniques to match new paint with surrounding panels. When a full repaint is required, we ensure a seamless, factory-level finish.

How long will body repairs take?

Depends on complexity. Some small panels may be done in a few days; large repairs, structural work, or parts ordering can extend the timeline to a week or more.

Will my insurance cover body repairs?

If your accident is covered under collision coverage, yes. We work directly with adjusters and submit full repair quotes and documentation. Your policy, deductible, and determination of repair vs total loss will all play a role.

Do you warranty body / paint work?

Yes. We guarantee our workmanship for a defined period (e.g. 1–3 years) covering defects in workmanship, paint adhesion, and material failures.

Can you fix plastic bumpers and trim?

Yes — depending on severity, we can repair, reshape, or replace plastic and composite parts, and then repaint or refinish them to match.

How do I maintain repaired paint surfaces?

Follow our general aftercare: wash gently (pH-neutral), avoid harsh chemicals, keep in shade or garage when possible, inspect early for imperfections.

Window Tinting

What is window tinting?

Window film is a thin laminate film (dyed, metalized, ceramic, or hybrid) applied to glass to reduce solar heat, block UV rays, reduce glare, improve privacy, and sometimes enhance security.

Which tint types do you offer?

We offer a variety of premium tints, including:

  • Dyed / standard tint
  • Ceramic IR (infrared) or “ceramic” blended film
  • Metalized / nano-metal
  • Hybrid blends

We’ll recommend the optimal film based on performance, clarity, and allowable local tint laws.

How much heat/UV protection does tint provide?

Ceramic and infrared-rejecting films can block 50%–90%+ of heat (IR) and 99%+ of UV rays (both UVA and UVB), depending on the film grade and specification.

How long does tint last?

High-quality films, when properly installed, last many years (often 10+ years) without peeling, bubbling, or discoloration, under normal conditions.

Is window tint legal?

Yes, but laws vary by state and locality (allowable darkness / VLT — Visible Light Transmission). We follow Texas state laws and local ordinances, and will inform you of legal limits.

How long does tint take to install?

A full set of window tinting generally takes 2–4 hours (depending on vehicle size and glass configuration).

How should I care for tinted windows?
  • Wait at least 24–48 hours after install before rolling windows down
  • Use only soft, non-abrasive cleaners
  • Avoid ammonia-based window cleaners
  • Use microfiber cloths
  • Inspect periodically for lifting or separation
Do you warranty tint?

Yes — we back our tint installations with a warranty covering peeling, bubbling, cracks, and adhesive failure for a specified period (often lifetime on premium films).

Ceramic & Protective Coatings

What is a ceramic coating?

Ceramic coatings are liquid nano-ceramic polymers (often silicon or titanium-based) that chemically bond with the paint’s clear coat to create a hydrophobic, chemical-resistant, and highly glossy surface.

What does a ceramic coating protect against?
  • UV damage / oxidation
  • Environmental contaminants (acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap)
  • Chemical stains
  • Easier washing & less staining
  • Enhanced gloss and water beading properties
How long do coatings last?

It varies by product and installation quality — from 2 to 10+ years. Premium coatings with multiple layers and proper maintenance often come with multi-year warranties.

Do coatings prevent scratches or rock chips?

No — ceramic coatings are thin (on the order of microns) and not designed for high-impact resistance. They reduce micro-scratches and ease cleaning, but they won’t stop deep scratches or stone chips.

What’s the difference between DIY coating and professional coating?

Professional-grade coatings have higher solids content and longer-lasting bonds; they require proper preparation, controlled environment, and skill to apply. DIY coatings are more forgiving but sacrifice durability and performance.

How do you prepare paint before coating?

We perform thorough preparation: wash, decontaminate (clay bar, iron remover), correct paint (polishing / leveling), wipe-down, inspect, then apply coating. Good prep is essential for bonding and longevity.

Can coatings be applied to glass, wheels, trim, etc.?

Yes — we offer coatings for glass, wheels, plastic trim, and even interior surfaces (fabric, leather) to improve resistance and ease of cleaning.

Can I still wax or seal after coating?

No — with a proper ceramic coating, you should not wax or seal (they cannot bond to the slick coated surface). Instead, use compatible maintenance sprays or boosters designed for ceramic coatings.

How do I maintain a ceramic-coated vehicle?
  • Use a pH-neutral car wash soap
  • Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals
  • Periodic “top-up” sprays or detailers made for coatings
  • Wash every 2–4 weeks (or more often in harsh environments)
  • Annual inspection / maintenance to preserve warranty
Will coatings make my car easier to clean?

Yes — you’ll see enhanced hydrophobic behavior (water beading and sheeting), which helps reduce dirt adhesion and make washing easier and safer.
