Yes. For covered claims (e.g. hail, collision), we assist you through the insurance process: submitting estimates, working with adjusters, and ensuring quality repairs. In many hail cases, if your policy allows, repairs may be done with little to no out-of-pocket cost (depending on deductible).

We back our work with a warranty tailored to the service:

• For PDR / hail repairs: typically limited lifetime or guarantee that dents will not recur
• For PPF: manufacturer-backed warranties (often 7–10 years, covering yellowing, peeling, cracking)
• For ceramic coatings: warranties range based on coating level (2, 5, or 10 years) 
• For body / collision work: standard industry warranties on workmanship and materials (paint adhesion, corrosion, etc.)

Yes — vehicles often stay in our shop overnight during multi-day services. We may provide courtesy transportation options (e.g. loaner car or shuttle), depending on availability, service and insurance coverage.

• Avoid washing or waxing the vehicle if a coating, PPF, or paint repair is planned
• Keep the vehicle in a covered area (shade, garage) if possible
• Avoid driving over debris or gravel where possible
• Let us know of any preexisting damage, previous repairs, or aftermarket modifications

PDR works best on dents where the paint is not cracked, broken, or severely stretched. Small to moderate rounded dents are ideal. If the damage is too deep, creased, or the metal is warped, traditional body repair may be necessary.

Often yes. Hail is typically considered a comprehensive (non-collision) claim. We help you submit the estimate, and many customers can get PDR repairs with minimal out-of-pocket cost (outside of deductible). In some states or under certain policies, insurance companies may waive part or all of your deductible for PDR (if cost effective).

Yes — if your vehicle is exposed to repeated hail storms or multiple impacts over time, fresh dents may overlay repaired areas. That’s why repairing early is better to prevent stacking damage. Also, delays may complicate insurance claims or repair scope. 

Depends on the number of dents, their locations, and severity. A minor hail job might be finished in several hours; a heavier hail event could take a full day or more.

Yes — when done properly on modern factory paints, PDR does not damage the paint. However, older or repainted panels may have weaker adhesion or may hide prior damage beneath the surface.

If the damage is too severe (e.g. paint cracking, stretched metal, deep creases), we’ll recommend a conventional body repair or combination — panel removal, filler, repainting, etc. You’ll always know the options before we start.

Yes. Our PDR warranty ensures that, under normal usage and conditions, the repaired panels will not revert to dented form. If something shifts or a failure occurs, we’ll re-address it under our guarantee.

Common coverage areas include: hood, front bumper, fenders, mirrors, rocker panels, and lower door edges. Some customers opt for full-body coverage, especially for high-end or high-mileage vehicles.

Partial coverage (front-end, leading edges) is cost-effective and protects the most vulnerable zones. Full coverage offers maximum protection and uniform aesthetics, but at higher cost. It depends on your budget, driving environment, and vehicle usage.

High-quality PPF films typically last from 7 up to 10+ years when properly maintained and under warranty coverage.

Warranties often cover film defects: yellowing, peeling, cracking, delamination, or loss of adhesion — not wear and tear (e.g. abrasions, scratches from misuse).

Many modern PPF films have “self-healing” properties: minor scratches can disappear under heat (sunlight, warm water) as the film rebounds. But deep cuts or gouges will not heal completely.

It’s strongly recommended to apply PPF over a defect-free, properly corrected paint surface. If you apply film over paint defects or touch-up areas, imperfections might show through or create air pockets.

Yes. Many customers choose to put ceramic coating over PPF to improve hydrophobic properties, gloss, and ease of cleaning. We’ll ensure proper preparation and compatibility so one doesn’t compromise the other.

Depends on complexity. Some small panels may be done in a few days; large repairs, structural work, or parts ordering can extend the timeline to a week or more.

Yes, but laws vary by state and locality (allowable darkness / VLT — Visible Light Transmission). We follow Texas state laws and local ordinances, and will inform you of legal limits.
